Terms and Conditions of Sale
These terms and conditions apply to all sales transactions between ‘Cherokee’s Handmade Soaps’ and the persons or company placing the order for any merchandise by accepting any order for items from the Buyer agrees to sell and the Buyer agrees to purchase such items at the price given on Cherokee’s Handmade Soaps website on the basis of the terms and conditions of Cherokee’s Handmade Soaps.
When purchasing items on Cherokee’s Handmade Soaps website you warrant that the personal information which you are required to provide when you register as a customer is true, accurate and current in all aspects. If your personal information changes then please notify us immediately by contacting us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an acknowledgement providing you with a payment confirmation and the total amount of your order which has been debited to your credit/debit card.
Returns and cancellations
Unless we have notified you that we have not accepted your order or you have cancelled your order, our acceptance of your order and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place when we have sent the item(s) ordered by you. To cancel your order after it has been sent to you, you will need to follow and abide by the returns policy and procedure.
Returns Policy and Procedure
If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, once you have received it please contact us immediately at email@example.com. The soap must be unopened and in its original packaging and returned to us at our own cost.
Please contact us by telephone or email as soon as possible to cancel your order. If for some reason you are unable to contact us and we have already sent your order we will consider each case individually. The item(s) must be returned unopened in their original packaging and packed so that they cannot be damaged in postal processing.
Complaints and Customer Service
The buyer should contact Cherokee’s Handmade Soaps immediately of any problems at firstname.lastname@example.org. Your concerns will be handled within 5 working days. Please feel free to contact Cherokee’s Handmade Soaps if you have any issues relating to your order by contacting us by telephone or email.
Cherokee’s Handmade Soaps collects the information provided by the buyer at the time of ordering and uses this information lawfully. Information is collected by Cherokee’s Handmade Soaps to begin processing your order and to provide the best of customer service possible.
Cherokee’s Handmade Soaps DOES NOT sell or pass customer’s e-mail addresses or other information to other parties. If you order from us, we may contact you about your order and we may email you on upcoming specials that Cherokee’s Handmade Soaps purpose to run on occasion.
We will make every effort to get your orders sent out within 5 working days of receipt of payment. Orders are usually sent out & shipped within 48 hours of ordering, but in some rare instances it may be more than 72 hours.
Please remember that our handmade range of products are genuinely hand-made so you may notice some variation in color, texture, scent or wrapping between batches or orders and as they are pictured and/or described on our website. We try to be as accurate as possible when describing our products on the website, however due to being handmade we cannot promise that the product descriptions on the website are exactly accurate.
